Dear Mr. Moses,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed the metal fence along Capitol
Avenue at the December 12, 2016 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District
Commission has denied your Certificate of Appropriateness for the fence to remain as
is. The final vote was 0 ayes, 5 noes, 1 open position, and 1 recusal (Frederick).
Please remove the fence at your earliest convenience. You are still approved to
construct a three foot fence on that location. If you choose to install that three foot
fence, you will need to get a fence permit from the Permit Desk at our office.
