ansas up to September 20, 2002 C> 8:00 A. M. as to the

Beginning at a point 75 feet West of the Southeast corner of
Trapnall Block, being the Northwest 'corner of Sixth and
Sherman Streets; thence North parallel to Sherman Street 150
feet; thence West parallel to Sixth Street 75 feet; thence
South parallel to Sherman Street 150 feet; thence East to
point of beginning, being a plot of ground 75 feet East and
West by 150 feet North and South.
Tract 2:
Part of Trapnall Block in Stevenson's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point 150 feet West of
the Northeast corner of Trapnall Block on the South
right-of-way of Capitol Avenue; thence Southerly parallel with
Sherman Street 176-3/4 feet; thence West parallel with Capitol
Avenue 126-1/3 feet; thence Northerly at right angles to
Capitol Avenue 176 feet to a point on the South right-of-way
of Capitol Avenue, 260 feet from the Northeast corner of said
Trapnall Block; thence East along the South right-of-way of
Capitol Avenue to the point of beginning.
