Dear Ann,
We are pleased to submit our application to the Commission for "The
Rainwater" project to be located at 517 East Capitol Avenue. The project will be
all new construction of 20 condominiums and parking for approximately 60
vehicles.
It will be our attempt to construct this project in such a fashion that it blends
into the neighborhood and acts as a companion to the existing Rainwater
Building, adjacent to our site.

anticipation of the November 7, 2002 meeting.
