Brian,
You've requested fence details for the Rainwater Flats project on E. Capitol. Attached are pictures of them, which
are either installed or being installed.
The first picture is the wooden fence that will be along the east proprty line and the along the portion of the
property that adjoins the Caroline Apartments.
The second picture is the fence that will be on E. Capitol and will turn the corner and run along the west property
line adjoining Trapnall Hall. The ornamental aluminum fence, without the brick columns, will be installed along E.
6th Street.
The third picture is the exisitng brick wall between Rainwater and Trapnall and a new brick wall that will run along
the west property line.
All fences and the brick wall are 6 feet high.
