Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Provide the maximum number of customers at any given time.
Provide the maximum number of personal service professionals at any given time.
Provide the hours of operations (times/days of the week) for the proposed use.
Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
How will trash be collected? If a dumpster will be used, show on a revised site plan. Any dumpster placed on the property must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s
Zoning Ordinance.
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
