How will trash be collected? If a dumpster will be used, show on a revised site plan. Any dumpster placed on the property must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s
Zoning Ordinance.
No dumpster. Normal residential trash and recycling pick up.
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
