Development Staff Comments:
Provide revised site plan as per meeting with staff on 9/9/2025.
How will trash be collected?
Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
