Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Provide revised site plan as per meeting with staff on 9/9/2025. A revised site plan reflecting the 9/9/2025 staff meeting has been submitted. The plan includes fencing, driveway access
details, and trash collection area.
How will trash be collected? Trash will be collected using individual trash cans. A designated trash storage area is shown on the site plan. Cans will be rolled curbside on collection
days in accordance with City collection procedures.
Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. We haven’t decided if there will be a sign but if there is one all signage will
comply fully with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (residential planned development).
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. All site lighting will consist of low-level, fully shielded LED fixtures directed downward and away from adjacent
properties, in full compliance with City standards.
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. A perimeter fence is proposed
and shown on the revised site plan. It will comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
