RE: SHORT TERM RENTAL-2 LEASE FOR 2910 BROADWAY STREET
The above refers:
This letter serves as a formal notitification of our intent to apply for a permit to operate a short Term
Rental at 2910, Broad way Street. I am seeking this permit to allow for the legal operation of ashort term
rental at the above referenced address.
The Propeerty will be managed through A & S Rental Properties. We shall ensure that all guests adhere
to a code of coduct with guidelines & expectations on responsible behavior and We commit ourselves to
responsible operation with the neighbourhood and the community at large.
We are confident that the Short term rental operation will be a valuable asset to the neighbourhood
providing a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests while respecting the already established
community standards.
After a visit to the records division at the Pulaski County Court house, we were informed that the
Property is not located in a Sub division hence we were not able to get a Bill of Assurance.
Kindly find attached copies of the other required documents.
