The City of Little Rock began using a new online registration system called GovOS. Registration with
GovOS is a mandatory requirement for operating a short-term rental. We are confident you will find
this new platform to be user friendly. Please register your property in this new system. You are still
required to be in compliance with the ordinances while operating a short-term rental. Even if you
have already completed the City of Little Rock approval process, please register with GovOS. Your
license remains valid for the year.
The new portal allows short term rental owners to create a registration account that enables them to
to pay short term rental license fees. To access your account, go to https:!llittierockar.munirevs.com.
After registering your email address and selecting a password, you will be prompted to utilize the
following information to link to your property:
■ Account Number: 115472
■ Activation Code: QOTD44
