A public hearing for the said application will be held by the Little Rock Planning Commission in the The Board of Directors Chamber, second floor, Little Rock City Hall, located at 500 W. Markham Street, Little Rock, on October 9, 2025 at 4:00 pm CST. Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above -mentioned place and time, by registering in -person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways: • No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written statement to Irzoning @ littleroc k.gov, including associated item name(s) or file number(s.) The comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission. OR • The meeting may be attended in person.
