Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to respectfully request permission to use my property located at 1919 West
21 st as an STR-2 short-term rental. As a home owner and a member of this community, I
want to ensure that this endeavor is in compliance with any regulations and guidelines in
place, while also contributing positively to the neighborhood.
The primary reason for this request is to support my family, specifically to help the
financial costs of educating my two children who are currently in school. By offering my
property for short-term rental, I am to generate the necessary funds to reduce the financial
burden associated with their educational expenses. This additional income would greatly
assist in covering tuition, educational materials, and other related costs.
I fully understand and respect the responsibilities that come with renting a property, and I
am committed to maintaining a high standard of care and respect for the neighborhood. I
plan to take all the necessary precaution to ensure that the rental process is handled
professionally, with all guests being thoroughly vetted and informed of the community's
rules and regulations. I am more than happy to work with you to ensure that my plans
