That the zone classification of the following property be changed from R-4, Two Family 13 Residential District, to PD-C, Planned District - Commercial: 14 Z-10194 — DESCRIBED AS THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 3, 15 OAK TERRACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI 16 COUNTY, ARKANSAS. 17 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 18 Little Rock Planning Commission. 19 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Chinney — STR-2 — PD-C, 20 located at 1919 W. 21 s1 Street (Z-10194) is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time 21 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. 22 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 23 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 24 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 25 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph item. sentence, clause, phrase, or 26 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 29 ordinance. 30 Section 6. Repealed.
