Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted

Development Staff Comments:
Provide the maximum number of staff at any given time.
Provide the hours of operations (times/days of the week) for the proposed use.
Screening will be required at the rear of the building, along the east property line.
How will trash be collected? If a dumpster is placed on the site, it must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Will there be any signage? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Will there be perimeter fencing? If so, show on a revised site plan. Any fence or wall erected must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
