I am submittingthis requestto rezone my property located at9200 Chicot Rd. Little Rock,
AR 72209, from C-3 to PCD. This request is being madeto accommodatethe placement of
a mobile office to serve as a used car dealership and a construction company office.
As part of the development, I plan to add asphalt to the lot as it indicates on the attached
Site Plan. I believe this proposalwill positively impact the community by providing
affordable used vehicles and creating local job opportunities through the construction
business. This project will also support the growth and development of the surrounding
a rea.
