Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
Provide the maximum number of staff at any given time for each proposed use.
Provide the hours of operations (times/days of the week) for each proposed use.
Screening will be required along the west and south property lines.
How will trash be collected? If a dumpster is placed on the site, it must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones).
Will perimeter fencing be installed? If so, it must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
