Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-10207 Reyes – PCD 9200 Chicot Road Development Staff Comments: Provide the maximum number of staff at any given time for each proposed use. Provide the hours of operations (times/days of the week) for each proposed use. Screening will be required along the west and south property lines. How will trash be collected? If a dumpster is placed on the site, it must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in commercial zones). Will perimeter fencing be installed? If so, it must comply with Section 36-516 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
