5. Yes, it’ll be a sign. I talked with Mr. Bryan Smith, who handles the permits for signs, and we are waiting for the zoning to be completed before starting with the permit for a sign.
He also explained to me how the sign must be placed on the property.
6. Yes, we have a fence installed. I called the permit department and was told that I could put a chain-link fence 10 feet inside my property line from the street, up to 6 feet tall,
and that no permit was required for the fence.

I’m making some changes to the parking lot. I will have only one handicap parking space and add two regular parking spaces beside it. We’re also adding a sidewalk from the parking lot
to the building steps.
