I'm writing a letter of intent in hope of expanding Apples N Oranges
Enrichment Center. I'm an in -home daycare located in the Southwest Little
Rock area. I have served this area for four years with no infractions. The
demand of childcare has grown immensely; however, due to the Special Use
Permit I'm currently unable to accept new applicants. Therefore, I pray the
committee find good cause for the approval of the expansion of my Conditional
Use Permit.
