Good Afternoon Ms. Jackson,
Please see the attached previously used Abstract list you obtained from the title company.
To clarify the conversation we just had:
Your item from the October 9, 2025 Planning Commission hearing has been deferred to November 13, 2025 Planning Commission Hearing due to Staff not receiving the comments by the deadline
of September 18, 2025.
Comments are now due to Staff no later than October 13, 2025, by 5 o'clock p.m.
The notice of public hearing form you received from us for the October 9 hearing date will need to be updated to reflect the new hearing date of November 13, 2025.
The sign will need to be posted on October 9.
