God Family Business Assisted Living Home is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and home -like environment for adults who require assistance with daily living. The home will serve no more than six (6) adults at any given time and will be staffed by trained caregivers to ensure that residents receive compassionate and professional support. The purpose of this assisted living home is to: - Offer 24-hour supervision and care in a residential setting. - Help residents maintain dignity and independence while ensuring their safety. - Operate in full compliance with state, city, and health regulations. - Meet a vital community need for quality assisted living options in Little Rock. Traffic and Neighborhood Impact God Family Business will have minimal impact on neighborhood traffic. Staff members will work in scheduled shifts, which will limit the number of vehicles at the property at any one time. Visitors will primarily be family members and will come at varying times throughout the week, reducing the chance of congestion. Adequate parking is available on -site and will prevent the need for residents, staff, or visitors to park on neighboring streets. Noise levels will remain consistent with normal residential activity, and no exterior modifications are planned that would alter the residential character of the neighborhood. The proposed home will provide services under the Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) guidelines. The home will be licensed and operated in compliance with all city, county, and state regulations, and will provide a safe, supportive, and family -like environment for no more than six (6) adult residents. Services will include assistance with daily living skills, personal care, meals, supervision, and transportation, as well as opportunities for social and community integration. The purpose of this supportive living home is to: - Provide a stable, safe, and home -like setting for adults with developmental disabilities. - Ensure that each resident is supported in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. - Operate within all requirements set forth by the Arkansas DDS and Medicaid programs. - Offer around -the -clock staff support to meet the needs of residents. This home will not be a nursing facility or medical institution but rather a small, residential supportive living program that blends into the neighborhood and promotes inclusion.
