That the Thrift Corporation, a corporation organized under and by virtue of
the'laws of the State of Arkansas, being the owner of the Southwest Quarter ( ) of the
Northeast Quarter (), except the Northwest, Southwest, Northeast, Sec. 7, Tvrp. 1'N,
Range 12 W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, has caused the whole of said property above des-
cribed to be platted, consisting of tea (10) Blocks and One hundred forty-five (145)
lots, to be known as R. F. Buhler'e Tenth Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
The streets as shown on the ammended -plat attached hereto are hereby dedicated
to the public, for the use and benefit of the public forever, reserving, however, the
right to grant right of way over said streets for the use of telephone and telegraph
lines, poles, and sires, water, gas 'and sevier pipes and mains. Each deed or conveyance
of any lot or block in the said addition describing same by number or numbers shown on
aforesaid ammended plat shall always and forever be held and deemed to be sufficient
description thereof. The size and dimensions are shown on the said ammended plat to-
gether with easements.
These lots are restricted to residential vurooses only, the lots marked with
the letter 101 are platted and zoned for duplexes. All homes must face the front of i
the lots as shown on the nlat. No posters or bill. boards of unsightly nature shall be
erected that would detract from the desirability of the neighborhood, nor shall any
andlmal or fowls be ke-ot that may become a neighborhood nuisance.
