Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide maximum number of caregivers (staff) at any given time.
2. Will caregivers reside at the residence or arrive intermittingly throughout the day for
supervision?
3. Will any of the occupants drive?
4. Provide a parking plan.
5. How will occupants travel to and from scheduled appointments?
6. No medical care or treatment is permitted at the residence at any time.
