Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-10219 Dean Educational Resource Center – Conditional Use Permit 1860 S. Park Street Development Staff Comments: 1. Submit completed ROW dedication form. 2. Provide a bill of assurance. If the property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of assurance, submit a statement to that effect to staff. 3. Provide the maximum number of children at any given time for daycare use. 4. Provide maximum number of staff at any given time for daycare use. 5. Provide maximum number of children for the after school & tutoring components. 6. Provide maximum number of staff for the after school & tutoring components. 7. Use survey to create a site plan depicting the following: a. Drop-off/pick-up for daycare use. b. Parking plan for Director, teachers, volunteers, tutors and students coming to the residence for tutoring/mentoring use. c. Outdoor play area for daycare use. 8. Will there be a sign? If so, the sign must comply with Section 36-551of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in residential one – and two-family zones). 9. How will trash be collected?
