Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide cover letter detailing the proposed use.
2. Provide address of property owner.
3. Will the entire residence be rented, or by individual room(s)?
4. Provide parking plan for short-term rental (STR).
5. Is the property currently utilized as a short-term rental (STR)? If so, how long?
6. Hosting events, parties, etc. will not be permitted on the property during short-term
rental (STR) use.
