3. Will the entire residence be rented, or by individual room(s)?
- The ADU will be rented in its entirety.
4. Provide parking plan for short-term rental (STR).
- The plan is in the dropbox link
5. Is the property currently utilized as a short-term rental (STR)? If so, how long?
- yes, since 2019
6. Hosting events, parties, etc. will not be permitted on the property during short-term rental (STR) use.
- Of course, airbnb and I have a strict no party policy. They are disrupting and tend to destroy the property
