Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Thursday, September 18, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
Provide the maximum number of occupants based upon the square footage.
Provide the maximum number of staff at any given time.
Provide operating hours including times and days of the week.
The cover letter notes, “the space is intended to hold small parties like birthday parties and small events.” Provide description of “small events.”
Will security be provided during events? If so, describe.
All events must take place inside the building.
Will there be ticketed events?
Will food and alcoholic beverages be sold or served at events? Will any food or beverage be prepared on the site?
Will there be live bands or music at the events? If so, noise mitigation must be considered.
Show striping for parking spaces on the site plan including ADA parking spaces.
How will trash be collected? Any dumpster placed on the site must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Any new signs must comply with Section 36-554 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance
(signs permitted in industrial zones).
Any new site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
