I have not had this trouble with the abstract company before. I believe you
can take this as a deferral request. Everyone is not happy, but we are
working thru the delays. As you know we are still looking at Board of
Adjustment, and a CUP for the re -plat. Thanks for the help

I can take this as an official request for deferral if you would like. I
hope the delays aren't harming the project. By the way, staff is supportive

I have a problem. I have not received the ownership info from Beach
Abstract. I have been trying to get them to hurry, but they are in their
second week, and I have nothing. I probably will have to delay until
October. We are having delaying issues with the plat for the property, as
well.
