Thank you for the opportunity to provide your roofing needs. We have the following proposal for
your review.
Specifications for a White Carlisle Roof System
15 Year Material Warranty from the Manufacturer:
1. We will remove the top layer of roofing (%" fiberboard recover board and a Granular Modified
Roof System) leaving the original layer of roofing in place and dispose of properly.
2. We will physically core the original roof system to verify the decking is in good condition. If we
find deteriorated decking we will replace it and fill the area with new insulation at the price of
$4.00 square foot.
3. Mechanically attach anew Secure Rock Recover Board through the original roof and into the
decking.
4. Mechanically attach a Carlisle 45 mil thick TPO membrane over the new substrate. Seams will overlap
minimum 5 1/2" and be welded using an approved automatic heat welding machine or hand held
heat gun and Teflon roller; continuously weld a minimum 11/2" wide seam. All welded seams will be
manually checked using a dull tool.
5. The Carlisle 45 mil thick TPO membrane will cover the existing walls at the perimeter of the roof.
6. Reinstall the original coping.
7. Install new termination bar to secure the roof system at the open edge.
8. Issue a labor warranty for 10 years against defects in workmanship.
9. Clean-up all areas before we leave job site each day.
10. Base cost; $7,700.00
