I have compiled the following roof system information for the list of stores you requested a new roof
proposal.
418 East 15U} Street Little Rock. Arkansas
Composition of the existing roof system
A wood decking with 1.5" Smooth Built Up Roof System, with a layer of Yz" fiberboard recover board
and a Granular Modified Roof System.
Coping Cap
The metal coping can be reused.
Wall Flashing
The wall flashing will be removed and new wall flashing will be installed up and over the wall.
Units and projections
This roof doesn't have any units and the pipes will have new pipe boots or will be field wrapped.
