I, Jim Hathcock, being duly sworn depose and state-.
I.,
That I have personally inspected the structure located
at 600 East 15th Street on January 9, =990
and declare such to be a nuisance.
The structure has suffered from extensive fire damage
and dilapidation and has been condemned by the Department of
Public Works as unfit for human habitation.
The structure in its present condition constitutes an
immediate hazard to the health, safety and welfare of
citizens of this community, and in my opinion, this
structure should be demolished and removed immediately to
eliminate the existing threat to human life.
