Good afternoon, Brian! Quick question for you. My boyfriend is a commercial lender here in town and has programs to
pull up addresses and contacts for properties. Would something like the attached document be sufficient for showing
my list of neighbors and their contact info that I will be sending my notices to (with making sure that the radius is 150')?
Or do you have to have it specifically come from a title/abstract company?
