You should have them in on the June 8, 2009. But the application states that "All required documents for
review must be submitted to staff no later than three weeks prior to the meeting date." That is June 22,
2009 for the July 13, 2009 meeting. You may submit your drawings no later than June 22, 2009 at 8:00
am.
You need to bring an application with as much information as possible and a draft cover letter to the
meeting on June 8th to give to Staff. You will then submit your revised cover letter (if needed) and all of
you drawings by June 22.
will need all elevations to scale, elevations to include steps and foundations, all door and window sizes,
what type of siding you are choosing, roofing materials, etc. as stated in the application. Every material
you are using on the exterior of the structure should be described either in the letter or on the
drawings. This applies to both houses, all fencing, driveways, sidewalks, etc.
If you are submitting your drawings at the last moment on June 22, there will be not time for you to clarify
or amend your drawings. If you do not have every material spelled out on the drawings or in the cover
letter, as stated on the instructions with the application, it could be grounds to hold your application till the
August meeting. (last paragraph on the second page of the application form instructions.)
Please submit all information necessary so your COA can be heard on July 13, 2009.

I have put this letter in the regular mail also. You will need to be at the
hearing, although it should not take long. You will be right after the
minutes form last month, maybe 5:05 at the latest.
