I am in receipt of your letter dated May 29, 2009 stating the changes to the application
that you have proposed. You are on the agenda of June 8 2009. The meeting time is
5:00 pm at the Robinson Center in Room 102.
The Commission, and only the Commission, may determine what is a "material change"
to that application. The commission is required to vote unanimously to reconsider the
application at a regularly scheduled meeting, in your case June 8, 2009. This is not a
vote of approval of the application, but this vote will allow them to hear your item at a
separate hearing at a later date, July 13, 2009 at the earliest.
After the vote by the commission, we will discuss when you wish to place your revised
item on the agenda at the public hearing. If you wish to have your item heard on the
July 13, 2009 hearing (with the positive vote of the Commission), your deadline to have
your new drawings in to me would be June 22, 2009 at 8:00 am.
