The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed the 2 houses at 15th and
Rock at the October 12, 2009 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission
has approved your amended application for a Certificate of Appropriateness with a final
vote of 3 ayes, 1 no and 1 recusal.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers. I have also enclosed a copy for your use.
You will still need to appear before the Planning Commission and Board of Directors on
