PaulPageDwellings proposes to make material changes to the Four -Square home on the
southeast corner of lot 7, on 15t` Street. The changes include separating the large window
on the south elevation into two openings. The other material change would replace the
architectural metal with Hardie Board in a lap or paneled display on the exterior. We
would like to note that the Four Square is 28 feet by 28 feet in the original drawings and
will remain 28 feet by 28 feet.
