These homes will neither diminish the character of the net ;hborhoad nor affect its nelresidentsl1esOn to thecohe contrary, they zti unity and reflect 1 help grow the value of existing homes, attractw re a vibrant, economically accessible and diverse neighborhood that is continuing to re more citizens to return to their urban core and revitalize. In addition, they will encoura showcase the national trend of sustainable development that should be encouraged and promoted in Little Rock. As a couple wlao will live in close proximity to the proposed hones, and homeowners who have invested in this community to support urban renewal, we stand behind this project.
