Your application for your two houses at the Northwest corner of 15th and Rock Streets
will be heard before the Historic District Commission on July 13, 2009. The hearing will
be held in the Robinson Center in Room 102. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Please send your notices to all owners on the abstract list and any other owners that
you are aware of at least 10 days before the hearing. Use your "Notice of Public
Hearing" as provided in the application form.
Your amendment will be item Two on the agenda- You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
Please refer to the following list to ensure that all information is complete on your
drawings to submit for the hearing: Each building will require submittals of: four
elevations of each building including raised foundation with steps; Siding - color of
finish, model number & manufacturer; Roof color of finish, model number &
manufacturer; Window sizes, color of finish, model number & manufacturer; Door sizes,
color of finish; model number & manufacturer; Fence details height, materials, finish;
Parking paving with borders; Sidewalk details; etc. Every material you are using on the
exterior of the structure must be described in the letter or on the drawings. This applies
to all site improvements also.
You may submit your drawings anytime before the June 22, 2009 at 8:00 am deadline.
