Permit Conditions
1. SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR PLUMBING, GAS, ELECTRICAL, HVACR (Mechanical) INSTALLATIONS.
2. This permit conveys no right to occupy any street, alley or sidewalk or any part thereof, either temporary or
permanently except that specifically provided for in the Building Code. The issuance of this permit does not
release the applicant from the conditions of any applicable subdivision restrictions. Adequate house numbers
must be posted at the beginning of construction.
3. THIS CARD SHOULD BE PROTECTED FROM THE ELEMENTS AT ALL TIMES!
4. THIS CARD WILL BE PICKED UP BY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FINAL INSPECTION!

CONDITIONS OF FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
All plumbing, electrical, and HVAC inspections
must be completed with the building and
premises ready for occupancy.
STAMPED PLANS and plot plan must be
retained on job and this card KEPT POSTED
until final inspection has been made. Such
building SHALL NOT BE OCCUPIED until
FINAL INSPECTION has been made and
approved.
WORK SHALL NOT PROCEED UNTIL EACH
DIVISION HAS APPROVED THE VARIOUS
STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION.
All building permits, with valuation
under $500,000, will expire one year after
issuance date. All valuation over $500,000
expires two years after issuance dale.
Minimum of three call inspections required for
all construction work.
1. Foundations or footings.
2. Framing - Prior to covering structural
members.
3. Final inspection for compliance prior
to occupancy.
Permits shall be null and void if project does
not start within six months after the issuing
of permits and if the construction ceases
for any six month period of time.
