Page Wilson has brought many things to Rock street, MacArthur Park, and Quapaw areas. He is
not only involved in the MacArthur Park board to help spread the word on what the historic
Downtown park is doing and planning in the future, but he has also brought three incredible
homes to the 151h block of Rock Street, and those are just to name a few things. He is a
wonderful advocate for Downtown LR, and I have the pleasure of calling him my neighbor. I live
on South Main St., close to Page's houses and the lots that are in question, and I have no doubt
that if he is allowed to build on those lots that he will be able to increase area property values,
bring more incredible prospects to the neighborhood, and work to encompass the future of
Downtown. Please grant Page the ability to move forward in this endeavor. It is small steps and
actions like Page's that help to revitalize Downtown and add to the growing excitement of what
Downtown LR has to offer.
