On September 7, 1989, the Little Rock Historic District
Commission approved your application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness for the addition of a drive-thru window
structure to the south side of the building at 913 McAlmont.
The application was approved with the condition that no open
speaker be installed. A telephone type system is allowed.
