The Notice of Public Hearing has been posted on their bulletin board and mention will be made in the newsletter. Vera is going to write me a letter detailing what all was done by them to notify the owners. In looking at the "area of influence" proposed on your map, I count the following: (1) Arkansas Arts Center, (2) St. Edward Catholic Church, (3) City of Little Rock (fire station no. 2), (4) Karol Zoeller (and have been told that she owns the two adjacent houses), (5) Lee Fleming and Doug Malkovich, (6) whoever owns the house formerly used by the Arkansas Aids Foundation. What about the two gas stations to the east of the park on 9th? Also, I noticed you had highlighted two properties on the west side of Commerce St. where it intersects with 9th.
