Dear Ann,
As per our conversation, I am submitting an application for Certificate of
Appropriateness for the Pizza Hut located at 912 McAlmont in the city of Little Rock.
I am proposing the change in roofing material currently being used at this location.
Currently the roof is of a Wood Shake composition. I would like to install a new roof
using a Metal Standing Seam design.
The intent of this project is for one, to replace a deteriorating and leaky roof and
to provide the building with our easily recognizable trademark.
Construction would begin within 60 days of the approval from the Historical
Commission and should only require 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
