I was saddened to hear of the loss of your husband. Our Staff's sympathy goes out to
you.
Enclosed are two things: An application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the
demolition of the structure. I am also enclosing a copy of the State Income Tax Credit
for the Rehabilitation of Historic Structures. I believe that your building would qualify for
this program. It would give you 25% back as a state income tax credit if your project
were approved by the state office.
