Re: Notice of Public Hearing/407 East 14th Street
Dear Mr. McNamer:
Information obtained by our office indicates that you are
the current owner/agent of the above referenced structure
which sustained significant damage as a result of the
January 21, 1999 tornadoes. You have been informed
previously that said structure was declared a nuisance and
condemned by the Little Rock Board of Directors on March 9,
1999 (Ordinance No. 17,955).
Because of the location of the structure within the
MacArthur Park Historic District, a public hearing will be
held concerning the City's application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness for demolition.
This is to advise you that this hearing will take place
before the Little Rock Historic District Commission in the
Sister Cities Conference Room, Second Floor, City Hall on
April 15, 1999 at 5:00 p.m. All interested parties may
appear at said time and place or may notify the Little Rock
Historic District Commission of their views on this matter
by letter.
