Good Morning Brian,
I have the updated plans ready for delivery to you. Below is a brief synopsis of the requested items that have been
added to the plans and the materials list. Please let me know when is convenient for me to drop the plans by. I also sent
an email to Monte late yesterday afternoon to get that ball rolling.
Steps to the front porch of the house - all materials have been added to the plans as well as the proposed handrail (a
picture is also included on the updated materials list attached) Walls - size of plans and exposure have been added to
both the plan and the materials list as well as the fact that the siding will be "smooth"
Windows - Tommy has added the window dimensions to the plans Lighting - the locations of the fixtures have been
added to the site plan and the dimensions have been added to the materials list along with a link to the website I will be
purchasing them from (once we receive commission approval, I will go ahead and purchase them so we don't run into an
"out of stock" situation) Gutters - downspouts have been added to the elevations and clarification on the materials list
Satellite Dish - we will not have any satellite dishes but have added that note on the materials list Roof - Tommy has
added roof and depth to the elevations Fencing - 6ft height has been added to the plans and the materials list
Landscaping - I have added to the materials sheet the new sidewalk that Tommy has noted on the plans as well as the
fact that we are not requesting any additional permanent landscaping structures at this time (if/when we decide to do a
flowerbed we can revisit with the commission)

Also, I spoke with Monte Moore today. He is our Board of Adjustment staff person. When your file for the BOA, please
discuss your future swimming pool, any bar or other structure in the fenced area and the bay in the dining room. I am
thinking you will want to cover all of your plans at the same time at the BOA.
