This is to inform you that we are attempting to get approval to repair the roof at, 311 E
14th St, Little Rock AR 72202, it was damaged in the tornado that recently hit the area.
The Public Hearing will be February 11, 1999 at 5:00p.m. We are required to notify all
property owners within 150 ft of the property. This is to notify you of the hearing, please
sign the enclosed documents stating that you have been ratified and return them in the
enclosed postage paid envelope. You will need to sign 2 times on the second sheet listing
