Enclosed is a copy of the approved Certificate of Appropriateness that was submitted for review
before the Little Rock Historic District Commission at their 25 March meeting. The request for the
property at 311 East 14th Street, to replace the tiled roof with fiberglass shingle, was approved with
the condition that a Tamko architectural shingle (not white as a color selection) be approved by
staff. I am enclosing a draft copy of the meeting's minutes for your files. In our telephone
conversation, it was agreed that you would contact me prior to the selection of the shingle color.
If there are questions regarding the Commission meeting or the condition of the approval, by all
