Mr. Moore,
Attached, please find two photes that I found of the original deck at our
house at 308 E Daisy Bates Drive. The deck was approximately 11 feet by
25 feet. The back yard is at a slope so that the deck was from 2 to 4 feet
off the ground.
Chris will drop off a copy of the survey that shows the proposed new deck.
Our proposed replacement deck will only be 8 feet by 14 feet.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
appreciate your helping us with the important issue. We have committed
considerable resources to restoring this house. Being able to replace the
deck will help us tremendously.
