Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Fencing Repair/Replace.
a) Replacement boards to be same size, material
and shape as existing. New fence to be in same
location as previous with same number and size of
gates.
b) The fences to be repaired or replaced are only on
the north property line and the fence parallel to the
south property line on the west side of house as
indicated in sketch by dark lines. This approval
does not include the fence on the east side of the
rear yard that lies within the alley.
c) Remove existing deck in rear yard and replace
with an 8'x14' uncovered, unenclosed deck.
d) If fence on east side of back yard is repaired or
replaced, it is to be installed on the property line,
not in the alley.
