Prime and apply two coats of exterior paint. 5) Gable trim a) If gable trim is rotted, replace with same size material. b) Caulk, prime, and apply two coats of exterior paint. 6) Second and third floor window on front of house under gable a) There are details on the existing windows that shall not be lost with. this renovation. The south gable fagade is the most elaborate of the facades because of the detail of the window trim.
